Corrections come first

Dublin’s admission prices, opening hours and transport fares change more often than the guides can be re-checked on their own. If a guide here says something that is no longer true — a distillery tour that has gone up in price, a heritage site now closed for conservation, a bus route renumbered, a restaurant that has shut — this is the most useful message you can send, and corrections are handled before anything else.

It helps enormously if you include the page you were reading and, where you have it, the source that shows the current position.

Other things worth writing about

  • Businesses named in a guide. If details about your venue are wrong, say so and they will be fixed. Placement itself is not for sale, so requests to be added, moved up a list or have a competitor removed will be declined.
  • Planning questions. Questions the guides do not answer are read and often shape what gets written next. No personalised itinerary planning service is offered.
  • Copyright and images. If you hold rights in an image used here and want it credited differently or taken down, contact us and it will be dealt with promptly.
  • Press and research. Enquiries about how the site sources its information are welcome.

What to expect

This is a one-person site, so replies are not instant and not every message gets an individual answer. Corrections are acted on whether or not you get a reply. Please do not send booking requests, payment details or personal documents — the site cannot book anything for you and does not need that information.
